SaveMyNote provides a platform to create, store, and share notes. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content that you post or store on SaveMyNote. You must not use the service to distribute malware, illegal material, or engage in malicious activities.

If you choose to lock your workspace, you are solely responsible for safeguarding the password. We cannot recover lost passwords, so a lost password may result in permanent loss of access to your locked notes. We encourage you to use strong passwords.

4. Intellectual Property

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, the Service itself (its original content, features, design, and functionality) are the exclusive property of SaveMyNote.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We do not guarantee that the Service will function uninterrupted or be error-free. In no event shall SaveMyNote be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Continuous use of the Service after any revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
